“But, why?”

“Well, the trees help us heat our house.”

“Why?”

“Well, we cut them down, split them and put them in the fire!”

“Does it hurt them?”

“No, they don’t have feelings like you and me.”

“Why?”

“Because wood was made for splittin’ son.”

Here at American, we hear stories every day of Fathers, Grandfathers and Uncles teaching the next generation how to carry the family legacy. We know that some days we may not get as much done, but be thankful for the company. Why? Because the young boy  asking all the questions will be heating his own house soon and you may be the one asking the questions!
